The Board approved the concession to low usage consumers on its 3 Years Business Plan from 2025/26 - 2027/28. That is 70 seniti/KWH for 2025/26, 65 seniti / KWh for 2026/27 and 60 seniti / kWh 2027/28. The low usage concession applies from 01 July, 2025 to consumers who use 150kwh or less throughout the three-year Business Plan Period.

Please be advised that we will commence disconnection of all outstanding power bill arrears for the power bill distributed to you in the month of July 2025 and any outstanding power bill arrears from previous months. Power disconnection will begin on Thursday 17th of July, 2025
